Welcome to EUADR, the trusted online platform for resolving consumer disputes efficiently and fairly. We are the EUADR Consortium, dedicated to providing a simple and effective way for consumers and traders to resolve disputes without the need for lengthy legal proceedings.

Through our platform, consumers can file a complaint against a trader. Once the trader agrees to negotiate, both parties are connected in a secure chat room where they can communicate and attempt to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution. To ensure fairness and transparency, an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Entity in the relevant Member State where the trader is based will oversee the complaint process.

At present, there are no fees for consumers to file a complaint. However, if an agreement is reached and the trader agrees to reimburse the consumer, a 20% fee is charged on the reimbursed amount.

Our mission is to facilitate seamless dispute resolution by bridging the gap between consumers and traders, ensuring that disputes are resolved in a fair, transparent, and cost-effective manner.
